First SMART center to become solar powered, fire-resistant and water conservation, Pratigya SMART Center, Jahangirpuri

Tech Mahindra – Pratigya SMART Center, Jahangirpuri has become the first Solar Powered, Fire Resistant and Water Conservation practicing SMART center.

Solar Power
We have Installed a 1kw rooftop solar system. It can generate about 3-6 units of energy per day.

Fire Resistant
For the prevention of any fire break out, We have equipped our SMART center with 10 fire extinguishers cylinder and 7 fireball fire extinguishers at fire risk areas.

Water Conservation
Water is a precious & essential resource and it must not be wasted. An average water purifier rejects around 75% of water. It is a good practice to re-use the rejected water rather than drain it. We have installed a 200L loft tank to store and reuse the rejected water in the washroom flush. To maintain groundwater level we have also dug up a groundwater recharge pit.

2nd free dental camp by Brace-O-Dent and Pratigya NGO at Sulabh Public School

BRACE-O-DENT Dental clinic run by Pratigya NGO has conducted a 2nd free dental checkup for 5th to 10th students in Sulabh public school on 16-Nov-2019.
A dental care session was also taken by our experienced doctors to spread awareness about oral hygiene and the best dental care practics. At the end of the camp appreciation certificates were also distributed.

BRACE-O-DENT Dental clinic run by Pratigya NGO has conducted a free dental checkup for 6th to12th students in Universal public school with our Experienced doctors on 21-Oct-2019.
Members of Pratigya NGO also became a part in this program and also suggested health tips to the students and teachers with the distribution of appreciation certificates to all.
This was a wonderful and healthy experience among them.

Let’s Salute our nation with determination.
We are celebrating 73rd independence day of our nation in the remembrance of our freedom fighters who struggled hard in making our nation free from the British rules.
Pratigya SMART Center has invited the honorable guest Mr. Arjun (Chief Editor – Hind Ki Discovery) and Mr. Ajay Saini (Director – Pratigya NGO)

The program started with hoisting of the national flag with Rashtragaan.
Great performances were given by our students along with motivational words shared by our guests.

Today we should take an oath to be a highly responsible well-educated citizen and sincerely perform our duty to get the goal and successfully lead our democratic nation.

World Environment Day 2019

Environment day is a campaign, celebrated worldwide on 5th of June every year. It was established to raise global awareness among people about environmental issues as well as take positive environmental actions.

Good Condition of our environment is diminishing day by day because of pollution and global warming.

Youth is a big hope to bring some positive changes to the environment.

Pratigya has decided to come forward with our young students to bring positive changes in our surrounding by planting trees and taking care of plants.

We have taken the pledge to plant 10,000 Trees by 31st December 2019.
